Reminder 2026 HOA Dues
Annual HOA dues are $320 and MUST BE RECEIVED by March 1 to avoid late charges ($5/month). Annual dues moved to $320 (from $260), starting with the dues for 2024.

Fences & Changes to Exterior
Making changes to the exterior or landscaping? Replacing a fence or a tree? Adding or expanding a deck? Please be sure to submit your plans to Architectural Committee (Scott Zurek, Sean Collins, Jim Cantrell) to comply with North Pointe Covenants. Please use this form: Exterior Change Request. If you have questions, please contact szurek@nppoa.org.
A reminder that replacement fences must comply with the fence guidelines and are not grandfathered in. All replacement and new fences must be submitted for review by Architrctural Committee prior to installation. Please help us keep the aesthetic & structural consistency and integrity intended in our convenants.
2026 Lake Clean-up Signup
Every year North Pointe residents help keep the neighborhood clean thru the Lake Clean-up program. Did you know that NPPOA pays $30 for each clean-up? It is a great family project.
